You can delete your account and personal data at any time, using whichever method below is easiest for you. No method costs anything and none require you to speak to us first.

1. In the mobile app

Open the PCP app and sign in
Tap your profile icon (top right) → Profile
Scroll to the bottom and tap the red Delete Account button
Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm

2. On this website

Go to Delete Account

You will be asked to sign in first if you are not already logged in.

3. By email

Send a request from your registered email address to:

dispatch@pilotcarsandpermits.com

Subject line: "Delete My Account". We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we immediately:

Disable login so the account can no longer be accessed
Stop all location tracking and delete your stored location history
Revoke and delete all push-notification tokens for your devices
Remove your account from active user lists and admin maps

What may be retained, and why

If you have never had any orders with us, your record is fully erased from our database.

If you have completed loads with us (pilots) or placed orders (trucking companies), your underlying account record is retained in a suspended and inactive state so that the historical orders, invoices, payment records, and audit trails connected to your account remain valid.

This retention is required for tax compliance (including 1099 reporting), billing-dispute resolution, and contractual obligations relating to completed work. Retained records are never used for marketing or any active business purpose, and are protected by the same security measures as active data.
